Our Training Programs
Positive Youth Development (PYD) Training
This training focuses on the “5 Cs” of Positive Youth Development—competence, confidence, connection, character, and caring/contribution—to help youth thrive. Participants learn strengths-based strategies to build supportive relationships, create safe, structured environments, and offer meaningful opportunities for youth autonomy, skill-building, and community engagement.
Harm Reduction Training
Harm reduction training equips individuals and organizations with evidence-based strategies to reduce the negative consequences of substance use and other risky behaviors without requiring abstinence. Participants learn how to “meet people where they are” using non-judgmental education, practical tools, and trauma-informed approaches that promote safety, dignity, and engagement.
Cultural Diversity Training
This training builds awareness and practical skills for working respectfully with people from diverse backgrounds. Participants explore differences in communication styles, customs, and norms, and learn strategies to reduce misunderstandings, foster inclusion, and create more empathetic, culturally responsive environments.
